They were so awesome i decided to try them for service and have used them ever since. They are very resonably priced, the staff from the secretaries to the service technicians are incredible and always on time. Responsive, prompt and reliable. Advent installed four systems in our new home in 2000. Over the years several have been changed out for newer models. While maintaining systems is, admittedly, not cheap, it's well worth the cost in knowing your installer is nearby and familiar with your needs.... Nine years ago Advent removed a substandard HVAC system from our home and installed a two step system. At the same time we subscribed to Advent's annual inspection and maintenance plan. Our family has almost tripled, our HVAC has been challenged by scorching Texas... Excellent work a very complex problem solved and they gave me a great price for the work that had to be done. There is room for better customer service with the company. I would have appreciated a better explanation of what the problem was. Not being familiar with AC units, I wasn't sure what he was talking about but after several questions I understood. He was doing his job, just not much of a talker, but the work was fine. I know I can't count on Advent to fix things and have me up and running again quickly. There's no reason to call anyone else. Air conditioner went out on Sunday afternoon. Called Advent, and the tech got here within an hour, quickly analyzed the problem, bad capacitor, replaced it, got the A/C system running again (HVAC) within 30 minutes and charged a reasonable price. Love my new system and the service we received was excellent! David was most excellent Called with an emergency air cond. malfunction at 5:30 AM and they were out at 10 AM. Air back up and running by 3 PM!!!! Costs were actually a little lower than the original estimate. Been with Advent 30 + years now.
