Wait time for pick up of your rental... It's a well oiled Maching with people who know what they are doing and give exceptional customer experience Professional and courteous staff. The storage part was very poor my key didn't work had to wait after I got my stuff to the Mendenhall location.. No need for improvement. Location was great and the customer service was excellent! The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and smiling during the transaction. It was very pleasing to deal with such a pleasant employee. Take it from a person who was in customer service for over 25 years, she's a "keeper"! A definite asset to your company! Its easier to register online. The second id requirement even when paying with cash is ridiculous. Personal was not waiting for people. I had to look for them. I paid for a dolly and didn't receive it. I called and talked to someone and at the end of the conversation they said i will be getting another call from the Mendenhall store itself.

I did not receive and neither refund. The place was ok and people polite but the refund and organization not that great. I always receive great service from your company. Just keep doing what you're doing I had a breakdown when the towing pin sheared and the trailer became disconnected pulling away from a stop sign. Area Field Manager Jason Gregor, 3555 South Mendenhall Rd. Memphis, TN came to my rescue and professionally and courteously got me going again. He is a strong asset to your company. Please pass my thanks to him again. Awesome service, truck, supplies..it c was raining really hard when I picked the truck up and the gentleman who helped was smiling anyway...ABOVE AND BEYOND SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! my 2nd time to use this location...another awesome experience! I was irritated but the staff were helpful and able to assist me without becoming frustrated. They spoke in calm and respectful manner and explained what was taking place when some thing in the process wasn't done.

They were working well with one another also. Best location I've been to in 7!years... I was late picking up the van reserved for me and received a courtesy call to check on my whereabouts.The young lady who checked me in was very nice as was the 2 young men who delivered and received the van. I will use U Haul anytime. Line was very long. There were other workers there just standing around when they could have opened another register! But one good thing is that the young lady at the front desk was very polite. I probably would not recommend anyone to go to the Mendenhall location ever! I was completely satisfied! Amazing and professional staff, who cared about the customer by being patient and understanding, very empathetic, helpful by offering suggestions. Example was when I was unloading through a single door. The agent told me to use the large entry sliding door to enter and exit the storage facility, This showed that they were caring. When I checked in, the return employee was very helpful.
