When I picked up the uhaul, the customer service rep asked if 3 days would be sufficient for my move, I advised yes it would be. 2 days later I received a call from the drop off location telling me I was late, I said no, I have it for 3 days, which is also what I entered into the online quote. I called the selling dealer to inquire about it, she remembered that she had asked about 3 days, then noticed that on the contract it stated 2, she then advised me I would have to call uhaul myself to see what they could do. We told clerk we wanted to drop off in Williams Lake, no problem we are told. Dropped trailer off in Williams Lake on Sunday, 21st. As we were moving, no cell phone or Internet, we could not receive messages.
