A large portion of the costs involved is the glass material cost but will also involve other materials such as stainless steel, mild steel and wood carpentry work for certain products. A general price of our products are as follows – please note that prices that are per square foot also subject to the minimum charge per project. Mirrors – RM15++psf for 5mm standard clear mirror, RM25++ psf for 5mm bronze tinted mirror. Price not including plywood backing (if necessary). Shower Screens – RM32++psf for 10mm tempered glass (glass to wall design) and RM35++psf for 10mm tempered glass (glass to glass design). Canopies/Skylights – RM60++psf for 12.38mm laminated glass with hollow mild steel paint coated and RM65++psf for 12.38mm laminated glass with T-Beam steel paint coated. Glass Railing/Staircase – RM150++ per foot run for frameless design (1 meter high 12mm tempered glass) and RM280++ per foot run for stainless steel railing design (1 meter high 12mm tempered glass)

Aluminium Glass Doors – RM900++ per door (3′ x 7′) 6mm float glass (lump sum charge applies) Aluminium Glass Windows – RM28++psf (economical system casement) with 6mm float glass Frameless Tempered Glass Doors – RM1,400++ per leaf 12mm tempered glass Shop Front Glass/Partition – RM25++ psf (not including door) with 12mm tempered glass Colour Glass Wall Cladding – RM33++psf with 6mm tempered glass (example use is Kitchen Splashback) The above-mentioned prices are just general price estimates for selected glass products for a reference. There may be some variation is price quote for our project subject to the material, complexity as will as other add on costs. The factors affecting the final cost of your product includes: Type and Thickness of Glass – There are many types and thickness of glass available in the market and the above prices are shown with the most commonly used specification for each of the products. The price of the product will depend whether the glass is tempered or normal float glass, the thickness of glass (which ranges from 4mm up to 16mm), and whether it is extra clear glass, green tinted glass or bronze glass.

That same goes for mirrors. Site Location and Accessibility – The jobsite for your glass renovation will determine the final cost of your project. If very far from our location, it will definitely be more expensive. Notching – Some glass needs to be cut with holes for wall plugs, etc. Edging – Bevelled edge polish are generally more expensive than flat edge polish (for mirrors, etc.) Coating of metal frame – For canopies, if powder coating is required, the cost will be higher than normal colour coated metal frames.
