I intended to use this for my daughters bedroom, I purchased fancy rods even and received the curtains with excitement only to open them and discover they are 84 inches long, one solid piece cut and hemmed in the middle and only 53 inches wide. They simply will not work for us and now I have to finagle a day ( yes a whole day, its not close to us, hence why I use online options) to drive to the nearest Walmart to return them, or pay more to send them back and wait for a refund so I can go elsewhere to find correctly marked sizes for curtains. I bought two sets, one blue and one green, and had to alter them a bit because I wanted the colors alternating. the panel is sewed to the curtain, which is great, however I wanted a striped look, so I had to stitch rip it apart and re sew. I like the fact that it is all in one, saves on getting a double rod. Curtain could be a little wider, so for an average window, in order to get the true affect, you might need three.

The valance is really cute, and suits any child from young to teen. The curtain could be a little heavier, it is quite sheer, so if you need privacy or shade, this isn't the one. The little tie back looks cute in the picture, but is useless. It has no button, or snap to keep the curtain together, there's simply two button holes on each side with nothing to tie it back with, USELESS!! And not to mention, will most defineately get lost in a kids room. The curtains are really long, so for a shorter window, you'll have a lot of over hang.
