We had been trying to potty train off and on for the last month. We had a seat that just sat over the toilet and when he would get on it would slide and fall off. Tried this seat and it was a dream. adult seat is high quality also and got him potty trained in 2 days after purchasing. This training seat is a fantastic idea! My son has no problems getting on the seat by himself. Unlike other inserts this one is connected and does not move at all so the child can relax while using it. Easy to install and very easy to keep clean. My son loves the way the lid closes all by itself. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is trying to potty train. I am so excited to begin training my son on this seat! And even more excited that I won't have an additional seat/chair to clean! Installation was super easy. You can not accidentally slam this seat. After much deliberation, I finally decided this was the kind of potty seat I wanted for my daughter. It was a little more expensive than most, but let me say it was worth every penny! It is SO nice, nice quality, nice features (like the magnet), and very convenient. Starting to potty train and she feels like a big girl on the big potty. Also very easy clean up and very easy to switch between the 2. It confuses guests, but it's not for them!! Love the fast shipping! This item was packaged by Bemis with the wrong hardware. Potty Training Concepts has great customer serivce and contacted Bemis who promptly sent wrong hardware again. I had already contacted hardware stores and knew you cannot get the hardware from anyone but Bemis. I called Bemis and explained what we needed and finally got the right hardware! We LOVE the seat. It is so much better than the removable inserts. Highly recommend this product and this company. You would never know that the training portion was there until you open it up and look for it.
