Those who follow a fully raw lifestyle typically adhere to the “80/10/10 diet”: 80 percent carbs (fruits and vegetables), 10 percent fat (avocados, coconut, etc.), and 10 percent protein (nuts, seeds, etc.).

Or you can make an açaí bowl, which involves blending frozen açaí with your favorite dairy-free milk and topping the mixture with yummy treats like coconut, cacao nibs, banana slices, chia seeds, and agave nectar.
