I called Walmart, and directed me to Best Choices Company . The representative was so very helpful, and took care of my issues. Best Choice sent me a replacement of this item, and arrived fast without any problem. I installed this in my bedroom. The installation was easy; however, I found the first step of getting the glass front off the heater unit was difficult.

I'm not the good in installing any thing heavy. I finally got the glass cover off, to put the stones inside, and I accidentally dropped the glass, and broke it. It's about 28 degrees outside, and the office is usually one of the coldest rooms in the house. This heater has raised the temperature a few degrees and is doing its job just fine. Installation was a little clunky. There's a bottom bracket that is supposed to screw into the bottom of the heater (and the wall, that part worked fine) but I never could get the little the bracket and bottom holes on the heater to line up. Also, I found the first step of getting the glass front off the heater unit for installation was difficult. I admit, I'm not usually the best installer so part of this could just be my fault. Overall though, this really adds a nice high-end look and does produce some heat.
