Easy to use and the dogs like it better than the "people shower". Since our dogs are short they do need help in getting in the tub (even at the lowest... The tub operates smoothly and quietly, but the packing for shipment was very poor. The crate was flimsy and the product was marred as a result. I was worried about this tub when purchasing, but I love it. Saves on lifting and on your back. Plugged it in and doesn't work a lot of money for a tub that doesn't work The photo does not match the product.
