Nicole was wonderful, and since I couldn't decide between two products, she ordered me samples of each one. Don came over and was easy to work with. Mario and crew did a great job removing my tile, and Eric and his crew were stars when it came to installing. I can only say positive things about the price, sale and service I received. My 1300 sq . ft. of luxury vinyl plank looks absolutely beautiful, and I am happy to recommend Budget Flooring to everyone I know.

ShareFlag07/31/2015Too bad you don't have a rating lower. In March 2013, I had them remove carpeting and tile and install laminate. I didn't see anything negative about this company, so I thought it was good. First problem was something coming through the laminate at a high traffic area. So I called in May, June, July, and finally in August someone came out to determine a nail or something was left under the laminate when it was installed. The repair was to take up all the laminate in that area. This was my main living area visible to guests, so I told them to fix it. They pulled the laminate in a hallway and my living room up. Then installed "their fix". The workmanship is so bad that I called them in September, October, November, December 2013, but they still did not respond. I called again in June, and July 2014, and still no response from them. The last time I called the person on the other line said it was our "harsh winters" that caused the problem. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and not in Anchorage, Alaska!

Right now I have a huge gap in the laminate in my hallway and my living room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!ShareFlag01/20/2015Laminate installWe were visiting our daughter. We are from Iowa. She had 23-year-old carpet that we wanted to help her replace. We did lots of research with local companies and finally decided that lminate was the best choice. She has an energetic young dog and we really felt engineered flooring would not hold up. We went to budget flooring and got an estimate within 24 hours. The owner did the estimate himself. his measurements were with and 30 ft.² of what I estimated. His bid seemed very reasonable. The materials were delivered within two days. The bid Included breaking up about 250 ft.² of tile and removing all the carpeting in the other thousand square feet. Included the removal of the large furniture and tearing out and hauling away all the material. The team of three gentleman came on time as expected. They were very polite and professional. I stayed and watched them the entire time of the tear-out and install.

They worked very hard and were very polite. They gave me an estimate of 4 days to complete the job. They completed the job from start to finish in just two and a half days. My son-in-law and I sanded and painted all of the over 100 pieces of trim while they work on the install. They then reinstalled the painted trim in the home. They filled all the nail holes and caulked all of the gaps. It turned out absolutely beautiful. They ran a bit short on some of the trim pieces but came back the very next day and completed the job. We were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Budget Floiring. The girls at the store were so helpful when it came to the type and price of the carpet, as well as the tile. They told me so much information about the differences and it was very beneficial in my decision making. One of the girls set me up with a FREE estimate and I even got to take the tiles and carpet home with me so I had a few days to decide which one looked the best in my house. Don came to measure, gave me a price on the spot that was ?a call about a week later to schedule a day for them to install. It took about 4 days all together and it was done! Budget Flooring was the 3rd carpet store to come out to my house for a bid on carpet in my master bedroom, stairs and laminate in my downstairs. They came out on a Friday evening. For the same areas everybody else was bidding on not only did I get laminate in the whole downstairs, carpet on my stairs and my master bedroom but I also got carpet in 2 other bedrooms for LESS than the 2 bids from the other companies. We signed the contract on that Friday. The painters came on Saturday and by Monday my installation began! On Monday when I went to my house to let the installers in I found out the painters had painted on my laminate floor upstairs thinking they were going to be replaced also. I called Don at Budget Flooring in a panic. Don came out and gave me a price on laminate which was out of my budget at the time.
