Service was great arrived in the UK in a week. First thing you notice is the quality compared to the vinyl on the stock seat this is just so much better. Second thing the additional padding in the stitched area. Its not that thick but you will notice a different comfort level on your new seat. Third thing the instructions clear precise and great photos walk you through the process. I had never upholstered anything before. Purchased a Stanley electric staple gun and using 6mm staples and instruction, carried out the re upholstery in around and hour from removal to refit. Since fitting the new cover I have had a lot of compliments and in my view if you make 1 change to your street make it this one you won't regret it.
