This was all accurate, which was great, except for two things - the ease in scheduling the plumber and how long it'd take. HD did a great job keeping us updated on our order. When it came time to install, they said the plumber would work around our schedule. He eventually did, but it took a lot of doing. We were also told it'd be a "crew" to install the tub/surround but it was one person. A one-day/8-hr job took 2 full days. We were prepared to not shower for one full day (we showered the first day before they came over but knew we wouldn't be able to the next day) - but since it took 2 days, we went without a shower for 3 days.
