My business held a Board Retreat in the beautiful Beaumont Stateroom and following our meeting our attendees had the opportunity to choose their own themed room. Some stayed in the jungles of the Serengheti while others opted for the Camelot or the Buckingham. We had some adventurous souls move into the Pirates Cove and Castaway Isle or the Tahitiian Treehouse. The Wild West fans chose the Jesse James Escape while some outdoorsmen selected the Colorado Frontier. The Venetian Palace was exactly that! We all had the opportunity to tour everybody elses' rooms so we have some ideas of our choices for the next occasion.The courteous crew served each of us a wonderful full hot breakfast right to our rooms each morning. In all they have 62 rooms with 23 varied themes. We figured we could stay in a different country every other week for a solid year. We will definitely make the Chateau Avalon our venue for our annual meeting as well as hotel of choice for all of our clients visiting Kansas City.

The Legends shopping and entertainment area is just down the street and we were amazed at all the dining options there. I highly recommend this facility for business or leisure.
