Minute Clinic Weight Loss Program Reviews

We want to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our medically based nutrition and weight management programs are available to members and non-members. During this one-hour, individual nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian we’ll evaluate your diet and develop a meal plan to help you reach your nutritional needs and goals. Each consultation includes a diet history, complete nutrition evaluation, calculation of calorie and protein requirements, nutritional management of medical conditions and nutrition education materials. Body composition testing can also be included. During this 30-minute follow-up session, a registered dietitian will review your progress by evaluating the goals you set in your initial consultation, and where you are today. MetaCheck provides an accurate, professional quality metabolic rate measurement. During this 30-minute test, we’ll measure how many calories you burn, comparing your actual metabolic rate to the predicted normal values.

You’ll then receive a suggested caloric intake based on your metabolic rate. Body composition testing is also included to determine your body fat percentage and lean body mass. Looking for all-around nutrition and fitness instruction?
