The communication especially with the coordinator and the professional behavior of the movers influenced my rating. I was impressed with the driver. He did a good job with loading our stuff. He called me about the schedule, and also called me the morning of to inform me when he would be there. The movers & packers were timely & took care with putting everything into the boxes. The movers and packers took their time but they were efficient. Our movers moved our neighbors, and we liked the way the movers performed. We would use these movers again. Just the professionalism and the respect and the quality of the work, these guys were so strong, and they were so respectful. Ray and Kyle, and Rob were the strongest men I ever met, they really stand out. North American kept me updated and informed about any information or changes. I was very satisfied with the communication. I liked my experience with the overall move. The way they packed and delivered my household goods was very good.

The driver was excellent. We had a few minor requests and the driver and crew handled it very well. They were the only ones to offer to come out and give an estimate. Jeff the driver was very protective and kept eye on the crew and made sure everything went smooth. I've moved several times across the country and with the military and this is by far the best move I've ever had.
