Puppy Sale Golden Retriever

Currently we have 8 adult Goldens and produce 2 or 3 litters of puppies a year. We will not ship puppies because we feel it is important to meet their new family in person and think it is too traumatic to the puppy to transport them long distances.  Before leaving to their new homes, the puppies will have been vet checked, wormed and had the necessary puppy shots. Our lines are clear of the health problems normally associated with Goldens and the parents have been x-rayed and have their OFA clearances. A puppy packet is included with each puppy when you take him or her home. It includes their  AKC registration form, the parents OFA clearance, vet check information, worming and shot dates, feeding instructions, pedigree and registration certificate on both parents, our Contract, "Raising a Puppy" information and pictures of the parents.Adopt a rescued golden retriever! Our goal is to produce a beautiful, joyful and long lived English Golden Retriever that will provide your family with many years of love, joy, laughter and companionship. English Cream Golden Retrievers are often referred to as “White Golden Retrievers” “British Golden Retrievers” or “Cream Golden Retrievers”, but they are all still Golden Retrievers.  These gorgeous dogs possess a very light colored coat that is very much sought after by Golden Retriever fanciers. The English Cream Golden Retriever breed profile can help you learn all about these beautiful animals and their history, characteristics, care and training. The AKC or American Kennel Club has one standard for the American type golden retriever and the KC or Kennel Club in England has another one. They are all golden retrievers, but have differences in structure and type. The English Cream Golden Retrievers are based on the KC standard from Europe. British-type Golden Retrievers are prevalent throughout Europe and Australia.
The skull is broader and forequarters more muscular than other types the muzzle is balanced and well chiseled. The coat is generally lighter in color than the American types. Males stand between 22 to 24 in (56 to 61 cm) at the withers; females are between 20 to 22 in (51 to 56 cm). Acceptable or expected weights are not specified in the UK standard, but the Kennel Club standard calls for a level topline and straight hindquarters without the slight rear angulation found in American lines. The eyes are round and dark, which is in contrast to the triangular or slanted composition of their American counterparts. British Golden Retrievers can have a coat colour of any shade of gold or cream; red or mahogany are not permitted. Originally, cream was an unacceptable colour in the UK standard, but the standard was revised in 1936 to include cream. At the time of this revision, the exclusion of cream as a colour was agreed to as a mistake, as the original “yellow” retrievers of the 19th century were actually lighter in colour than was permitted by the standards used before 1936.
As with American lines, white is an unacceptable colour in the show ring. The British Kennel Club standard is used in all countries except the USA and Canada. Golden Retrievers have muscular bodies with great endurance, owing to their origins as hunting and gundogs.
