Once all products are available to ship, we will contact you by phone to collect payment information. We work hard to keep all products in stock, but vendor supply and shipping issues are sometimes out of our control. In cases of short stock supply, priority is given to students who pre-order, so we recommend ordering as soon as you know what you need. Our vendor partners typically begin offering new products in late spring and continue throughout the summer. It is not unusual for us to experience midsummer product changes. If a vendor announces a change between the time you place your order and the time you pick it up, your pricing will not increase. Also, we will work with you to make sure you get the item(s) you want. We encourage you to place a order knowing that substitutions are possible!
