Overstock sells a ring with a clip on that you attach to the top of the panel- Alternately, you can attach (purchased) steel drapery hooks to the inside (window side) of the panels, with a few stitches to secure, and then hang the curtain from the ring. The drapery hooks are available in any fabric store. Just treat the curtains as a single lined panel, attaching the drapery hooks to the inside fabric panel only.
