I had my all my hardwood floors sanded, stained and 3 coats of finish done in my ranch. The floors look brand new. Neal, is honest, punctual, fair and makes sure the job gets done right without trying to add cost or cut corners. His work is meticulous. He took 5 days and did it right. A couple days sanding and the 2 coats of stain and letting it dry and the a few coats of polyurethane. I can't say enough! You will not be disappointed. After the sanding, Slawek discovered some marks/stains and they were still visible after the 2 coats of stain. Slawek suggested a slightly darker stain and it worked out perfectly. The cleanup was decent and nothing was damaged. We chose to add a new coating/sealing for a small cost because of our dog.
