Despite the proximity to bars and restaurants, the neighborhood itself is quiet after dark.

A 24-hour CVS/pharmacy is less than a 5-minute walk away for any incidental travel needs (they also sell beer, wine, and snacks).There are plenty of walkable places from the home detailed in my Guidebook. Uber (free $20 credit available for new users) is your best option for getting to more distant Houston locations. Your average wait time for an Uber is practically instant from this home.Free water bottles and snacks are provided (see pictures). If there's anything you need in the house that should be included, just ping me on the app and I will have it delivered (ETA usually less than an hour).Iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. There is a dog door for small dogs, but pets must be crated at all times when no one is in the house.Cable TV including NFL network, sports package, and HBO.
