An 11 jet whirlpool system is fitted to the bath featuring chrome controls, chrome jets, a 1.2 horsepower pump, rigid pipe work and a water level sensor to prevent dry running. For maximum stability and ease of installation the bath comes with a fully encapsulated metal frame. The bath is fully encapsulated in its own fibre glass reinforced mould and with a fully integrated base board. The high pressure water system is designed to reduce noise and pump vibrations, whilst each joint is solvent welded and water tested for long term durability. The internal shape is defined by the very vertical sides and sharp corners.

This not only looks great, but gives an internal bathing area at least 24% larger than the most popular steel bath equivalent (Saniform). The displaced water volume for this bath is 125 litres. The acrylic sheet used is manufactured by Lucite to ensure not only the best quality (the sharp angles mean we have to use Lucite as other acrylic sheets can't cope) but also enhanced slip resistance (Lucite acrylic when wet is far more slip resistant than steel). Still at installation stage great products and great service We specifically asked about the rear jets and how comfortable they would be against your back. We were assured by the sales man that the actual jet themselves does not sit proud, onthe the cover, and so it was comfortable.

Unfortunately the jets sit proud, and it makes lying in the bath very uncomfortable as the centre jet hits your spine unless you lie at an angle, you also cannot slide down in the bath if you value your back, otherwise you end up with three large gouges from the three jets which stick out. I specifically asked about this, and am very dissapointed that this is so uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bath was in by the time we tried this and discovered it, so it makes the bathing experience not very nice. It would also have been helpful to have had the controls at the head end of the bath, not the feet. The electrician comented on the length of the cable from the motor, approximately 1 foot, and even said they should have supplied a longer cable especially an earth cable. Very disappointed, but more so in the misleading advice. Shape of bath is lovely, but it is very uncomfortable, and you can seriously damage the skin on your back because of the rough sticking out jets. looks great but not yet installed
