"My name is Tituss Burgess. I'm an Emmy Nominated Actor for Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt currently streaming on Netflix," he kicked off his epic review. "That's besides the point. But watch it," he noted. The actor went to great lengths to describe how a Brooklyn-based company, called Franks Express, failed to show up after an agreed-upon appointment to move his couch.
