The bridesmaid dress I bought was too small (it would not even zip) and the sizes do not match the size chart. The site says the dresses are made-to-order, but I received the dress says after I ordered it, so it was definitely an on-rack dress.When I attempted to return the dress, I was told I had to submit pictures. I did not feel comfortable submitting pictures but was told I had to because it was part of the return policy. After submitting the pictures, I was told I could get a 25% refund to keep the dress. We emailed back and forth multiple times but every time I received a generic response. This company is a scam.
