The Tire Kingdom Store Card isn't a great credit card to get unless you really need a card tied to Tire Kingdom. While there isn't an annual fee, which is always a good thing, the fact that the regular rate is 28.99% makes this card a poor choice compared to others. The only reason I can see this being a good choice is if you wanted to have essentially a free loan to buy tires and then pay off over a 6 month period. There is no interest if you pay off the balance in full by the end of 6 months. If you don't need that, then I would more The positive aspects of this card are the $25 prepaid visa card offered after spending $199 or a $50 prepaid visa card on $499 with the card. With the cost of tires these days, that might be worthwhile. Additionally the zero interest if paid within six months or one year (depending on how much you charge to the card) is attractive. If you're in desperate need for tires but don't have the available cash, this card could be the difference between no vehicle and getting to work.
